Problem:
Our client is responsible for scheduling conferences for the southeastern region for
Century 21 and has been for many years. After years of operating by phone and fax,
it was becoming overwhelming for our small client to handle. In addition, customers
were more and more requesting Web-based scheduling.
Solution:
Pixallure built a custom module for online reservations, payment processing and
customer response.
Results:
During the fall conference, more than 300 conference attendees used the new
Web-based signup and registration process. The Web application took reservations,
verified credit card payments, generated confirmation numbers, e-mailed confirmations
to users, logged information into a database, and generated master spreadsheets
and reports for tracking and management purposes. The tool made easy work of the
time-consuming process. |
