Challenge:
To reposition ART (Applied Reimbursement Techniques) as a growing, national,
physician-billing firm focused on strong customer relations.
Solution:
Focus groups and extensive internal analysis yielded key information regarding the
ART brand. Many of our findings guided the creative development of new positioning
strategies, aesthetic strategies and direct response mechanisms used in advertising.
Upon completion of our analysis, it was determined that an updated corporate identity,
including business-to business marketing strategies, were needed in order to change the
growing perceptions of ART as a company that was “antiquated” in their methods and
“didn’t understand” their customers’ concerns.
Result:
A new corporate identity was launched including a capability brochure, trade show booth,
direct mail and new specialty products. The new design resulted in an immediate increase
of awareness and new business inquiries. The new positioning strategy resulted in their
client’s feeling of “connectivity” and “understanding” for helping them meet their billing
and reimbursement needs. |
